ATARI DEMOS THAT WEREN'T V1.0
-----------------------------
This article is based on an older article that I wrote for Undercover magazine
issue 12 called "Demos that never saw the light of day". Looking back to that
article made me feel that I need to update that list a little bit because some
of those demos mentioned back then where released in the meantime. For Example
ILLUSION, VIRTUAL ESCAPE, MOTION BLUR (atleast previews) and GSC66 (atleast
previews).
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
ACCS - "BASS IN YOUR FACE" (ST)
Info: planned for the PLACE TO BE 3 - lost
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
AGGRESSION - "INTRO" (ST)
Info: 8th place AGGRESSIVE PARTY 1 - 1993
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
ALIEN CRACKING FORMATION - "JACKTRO" (ST)
Info: Jacky has only to do some finishing touches and need some gfx, but he
is too lazy... :-)
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
ANIMAL MINE - "FUTURE COMPOSER EDITOR" & "SID SOUND DESIGNER 4.0"
Info: Slippy was suppossed to code them but he lost motivation for sure.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
ATROCITY - "EUROPARK DEMO" (ST)
Info: Mentioned in one of their last demo but never appeared.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
BBC - APATHY DEMO (ST)
Info: An unfinished demo by the BBC... which would have contained the best
protection ever coded many of the unreleased screens are used in D-Bug
menus. thx to grazey for that info.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
CREATORS - "SPRELL" (ST)
Info: Compo-entry for EIL 3 which will never be released due to mysterious
reasons. A videocapture can be found on the Atariscene DVD 2003.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
DELTA FORCE - "SHOCK THERAPY" (ST)
Info: Announced in Maggie Issue #10 in 1992, but they decided to give a shit
about the scene and silently left in 1993.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
EFFECT - "INDUSTRIALLY SAFE DEMODISK #31" (ST)
Info: Missing in the series. Tronic once planned to fill up the missing gap
but didn't manage to do it until now. Yours truly also did an intro
chiptune for this one.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
ELECTRONIC IMAGES - GENETIX DEMO (ST)
Info: This one was mentioned in the "Things not to do"-demo. I guess parts of
it were released in later Reservoir Gods productions from EIL3.

Info: This one was announced in "CLUB CULTURE MIX PACK #5" but never came out.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
OXYGENE - "FLIPO 2" (ST)

and FLIPO 3 logos.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
ST KNIGHTS & TSCC - "RESURRECTION"
Info: Jace had a HD Crash. The TSCC-effects were all released in later prods.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
SUPREMACY - "256 BYTES INTRO"
Info: Ptif seemed to be the coder for this. Status unknown.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
THE LOST BOYS - "OH CRICKEY EXTENSION DISKS" (ST)
Info: They never really promised an extension but they also never denied it.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
TSCC - "MOSTLY HARMLESS" (ST)
Info: This demo is released... naaah but not in the way we wanted to do it.
In 1994 MJJ prod made a Falcon demo with the same title and that took all
our motivation to finish it. We have released all the screen seperately,
for example the FLIGHT OVER SIRIUS dentro.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
X-TREAM - "FINAL" (ST)
Info: 2nd place AGGRESSIVE PARTY 1 - 1993
